Well we are currently in the process of building a race car out of a 2004 Focus ZX4 and felt that now would be the time to weigh everything we take off and document it so that there would be a good place to reference for this information.

Well we recently dynoed a car, (it was actually my car), that we thought had itr camshafts, when in fact it did NOT. This made me realize that there are probably a ton of cars riding around with a different camshaft than what they think they have. So I decided to post a link to a thread that really helped me identify what was in my car.
