Customer Car: 2008 Shelby GT500

Recently I had the opportunity to install a few parts and tune a 2008 Shelby GT500 for a customer of ours. The parts we installed where a Steeda 2.7″ Supercharger Pulley which adds about 3psi of boost and a Steeda’s Cold-Air-Intake to make sure that this supercharged pony could suck in all the air it needed. The installation of the pulley and intake where pretty straight forward, however, if you ever decided to tackle the pulley yourself, be sure to have the all the necessary tools.

SCT X3 ECU Flasher for Ford Vehicles

SCT’s X3 Flash Device has pretty much become the standard when it comes to programming Ford vehicles. There are essentially two different versions, the pre-programmed SF3 (P/N: 3015) and the X3 (P/N: 3000) which only holds custom tunes. However, both versions can hold up to 3 customs tunes which can be purchased from dealers around the country.

Top Speed built Ford Focus

The first time we dynoed this 2003 Ford Focus ZX3, it made a mediocre 114whp. After months of planning and design work, fabrication finally began on a custom turbo setup. The car has been running well for almost a year now with virtually no problems. It is daily driven by the owner, and goes to the drag strip on an almost regular basis. We are really exicted about how the car has preformed thus far, and are currently in the process of building a new engine so we can really see how good this Focus can do.
